Dartmouth First Year Lecture: Mountains Beyond Mountains

As part of their orientation to Dartmouth, the members of the Class of 2013, were assigned in the summer reading project. The object of the contract: Tracy Kidder's "Mountains Beyond Mountains" by the work of the now-Dartmouth President Jim Yong Kim, Dr. Paul Farmer and Ophelia Dahl, the founder of Partners in Health and its work on global health chronicled. Kim, Farmer, Dahl, and led a panel discussion with the '13s, 16 September 2009 as the highlight of their summer reading project.
